Originally from North Bay, Ontario, I made the scenic move to St. John’s, Newfoundland in 1993. I now call Torbay home, where I reside with my family. I decided to make a career in the financial services industry in 1997.

Throughout my 25 plus years in the industry, I have honed my expertise earning coveted designations including Certified Financial Planner®, Chartered Life Underwriter and Certified Health Insurance Specialist. As an active member of Advocis (the Financial Advisors Association of Canada), I’ve been instrumental in advocating for positive change within our industry.

What sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to independence. As an independent advisor, I strive to deliver impartial solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of families across Atlantic Canada and beyond. Zach is native to Newfoundland and is a member of the Mount Pearl Challenge Cup Soccer Team, believing in physical health as well as financial health.

Zach has been in the industry for 8+ years, after growing up instilled with a strong sense of economic values from his father Roch Martin, CFP, CLU, CHS, with 20+ years of financial services experience.

Zach prides himself on educating and teaching his clients financial literacy. He is passionate about creating tailormade plans and portfolios to help all of his clients, family and friends take control of their wealth management & overall financial health.

Zach currently resides in St. John’s with his wife Jess, their two dogs and cats.

Melissa O’Neill

Melissa joined Riche Investments back in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant, after a career change from retail banking. Over the years, Melissa completed both her Mutual Fund and Life Insurance licensing through IFSE and is a fully Licensed Advisor through Investia Financial Services Inc.

She has been in the financial services industry since 2008 and is dedicated to the continuation of outstanding client service. Making genuine connections, the value of learning from others and ensuring a positive client experience are what she strives for in her day to day operations.

Melissa has recently changed roles at Riche Financial Group as she has moved from her long time position of managing the office to her new role as Investment Operations Manager. She looks forward to working with our wonderful clients and team by continuing to foster the relationships she has built here over the years.

Kelly Furlong

Business Operations Manager

Kelly is a graduate from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

She started with Riche Investments in October 2014, and is an integral part of the Riche Investments team. During her time at Riche Investments, Kelly has gravitated to the insurance side of the business and has been our administrator for the last 6 years. Her work ethic, pleasant personality, and warm smile is a pleasure to be around day in and day out.

Prior to joining our team, Kelly spent many years of her career working in the financial industry and brings invaluable experience to her work here at Riche Investments. Kelly prides herself on customer service and is motivated and determined to exceed your expectations when dealing with our firm.

Kelly currently resides in Torbay with her family.

Jennifer Broders

Investment Administrator

Jennifer holds an Executive Office Assistant Diploma and 30+ years office experience. She has been in the investment industry since 2007, and has an eye for detail that is second to none. Jennifer brings a positive approach to office administration and excels at client service.

Originally from Halifax, NS, Jennifer now resides in CBS with her husband and 2 sons and is a key component of Riche Financial Group.

Jess Martin

Licensed Insurance Agent

Jess was born in Newfoundland, raised in British Columbia and returned to Newfoundland back in 2015.

She has over 7 years of retail and management experience, priding herself on her exceptional client service. In March of 2024, she received her certificate of completion with IFSE Institute and soon after achieving her Life Insurance License. Jess is looking forward to getting to know, and building strong relationships with our wonderful clients.

In her spare time, Jess enjoys volunteering at the SPCA and currently resides in St. John’s with her husband Zachary, their two dogs and cats.

Jette Healy

Investment Administrator

Jette has recently re-joined our Riche Family, and we are excited to have her back as part of the team. She has migrated from the receptionist role and is now part of the investment team, recently completed her mutual Fund License through the IFSE Institute.

Jette is originally from Denmark, moved to St. John’s, Newfoundland 9 years ago with her newfoundland husband Paul and 3 children, Liam, Conor and Anna.

Since moving to St. John’s she has opened up a business with her husband and have completed a Diploma in Business Administration & Accounting.

In her spare time, she is a hockey mom, team manager and soccer coach.

She is excited to be back and looks forward to working with our wonderful clients and team.

Lana Brocklehurst

Client Relations Manager

Lana holds an AIT Diploma from the Graduate Centre and has over 30 years of experience in client services, as well as, operated her own business.

Lana joined our Riche Family in May of 2023. She is your first point of contact with us and will get you in touch with our best resource for your needs.

Lana grew up in Mount Pearl, and now resides in Paradise with her family.
